Dog Fancy August 2010

We are so happy to announce that a photo taken at Greyhound Friends will be in this August issue of Dog Fancy on page 36! A section of the article also has an interview with Louise on her thoughts about the closing of Greyhound racetracks.
This was such an important photo shoot to us, these Greyhounds are truly wonderful and need loving homes and we hope the article raises awareness across the nation. Visiting Louise's shelter was an eye opener and tear jerker. They are incredible dogs and Louise with the help of volunteers give their all to these dogs until they find homes.

Floyd is a Dad, Big Congrats!!

Amy's Skyline Bull Terrier, Floyd became a Dad as of recent. What a great dog he is....his temperament is outstanding and we are so lucky to of had the chance to meet Floyd :)

A Sato Rescue.....

Thanks so much to Kathy M. for letting us visit her home and meet her wonderful dogs! This woman has a heart of gold and loves to give her time to help so many dogs in need of homes....a very caring person and her daughter is just as caring and gives her all as well.

Here is a pic of her daughter's dog who followed us around quietly, while watching us take photos the entire visit. Very Sweet and Cute!!

Congratulations to Edie and Rio, Amy's Bull Terrier puppies. They are published in the April issue of Dog Fancy and can be seen on page 58! This candid playtime photo shows just how much fun these dogs absolutely are...they were a joy to photograph!! This issue of Dog Fancy is the yearly puppy issue.

Dogs know the meaning of life....

On our photo shoot with those very awesome Bull Terriers, we had one of the dreariest of days to work in for taking pics... The skies were gray, mist of rain continuously came down, while we wiped off our damp cameras and lenses every few shots...Chilled to the bone as we sat on wet grass resulting in soaked and muddy pants... The only ones to actually notice the inclement weather was us humans....The dogs were happy, as it was a glorious and fun day to them...
time for play, time to live in the moment.....
Thats one of the many things I love and admire about our canine friends....
Their zest for life !

Dog Fancy March 2010 issue....

Two photos are published in the article about Dogs in Prison, titled Tails in Jail. These photos can be seen on pages 33 and 34. It was a fantastic opportunity to be able to photograph these dogs in this PrisonPups NEADS program at the facility in Massachusetts.

Dogs USA 2010 Annual 25th Anniversary Edition!

Two photos are published in this issue (Dogs USA is a yearly magazine from the same editors of Dog Fancy). One photo is a spread that starts the article (pages 136-137) about taking dogs out in public places and the other is in an article (page 25) about the internet being useful when looking to adopt a dog.

NEADS PrisonPups Program....

We had the opportunity to photograph this program at MCI Framingham and it was such a wonderful and rare experience to see the hard work, love and devotion the prisoners and the dogs have towards each other. We feel like it was an opportunity of a lifetime to be able to be allowed to take photos within this facility. Thanks to everyone at MCI for helping us in this endeavor.
