Shelter Clinic Staff website photo

Helping at an animal shelter is something we love to do!  The animals benefit from everyone's help... all over the country, volunteers, shelter staff, rescue organizations make a difference!

Sharing a pic we took of a local shelter's clinic staff (for their website) that takes care of the animals, spaying and neutering is one of the many things they do to help the soon to be adopted pets.

Animals in need of homes...Volunteer your help.

Volunteering at a local shelter in our community has been very rewarding...it's so great meeting sweet, shy, happy, playful, unsure, loving, and spirited dogs, puppies, kittens and cats. They all want to trust us and love us and want nothing more than a safe loving home.

To see updates of how they are in there new homes occasionally on the shelter's FB site is a feeling that one just can't describe. It brings tears (happy and relieved tears) to my eyes knowing that an animal that came from an unsure and sad past or who just had a rough start in life now has a great future!!

If you love animals and have been wanting to volunteer with some organization, I urge you to give it a try, it will be something special that you will never forget!
